  3. 1. wear the face mask whenever you are in public, especially crowded places. (it's not going to be comfortable, i tell you)

    2. avoid going to crowded places in the first place.

    3. Consult a doctor if you are having a fever or flu. Especially if the fever/flu persist for more than a week.

    4. Drink a lot of plain water (mineral water would be a better chioce).

    5. Eat more fruits (citrus fruits are a good choice) and vegetables (orange or red or any brightly coloured vegetables are good) as they contain vitamin C.

    6. Just have a positive outlook on life. Be happy. Make other people happy. Laugh and be merry.

  4. FOLLOW THE RULES THAT THE GOVERMENT HAS ORDERED OUT. KEEP OURSELF CLEAN. SEE THE DOCTORS. MEDICAL CHECKUP. AND PRAY.
